Our qualitiative research follows a psychological model of consumer behaviour. The approach has a long history in European and North American marketing psychology. The underlying psychological dynamics of consumer responses is uncovered through in depth psychological profiling of consumer attitudes and belief systems. Further, cultural and usage behaviours are uncovered during this process to ensure we have a fully articulated consumer story regarding, brands, products, services or retailers. When we combine these results with our quantitative measures our clients are provided the full picture of their target markets.
